Shipping & Returns

Before completing your purchase, make sure your shipping address is correct. We are unable to make changes to the shipping address after payment is made, and will only ship to the address provided at checkout.

We know you want it fast! Shipping orders placed by 2 pm PT Monday through Thursday and by 12 pm on Friday are shipped same day. All other orders are shipped next business day. Please be aware that weekends are not business days. We use USPS, UPS or FedEx for shipping within the US.

Delivery Times

As much as we like to know the exact delivery times, we are unable to give you a delivery date on your package. Delivery times provided at checkout are only estimates provided by the shipping company and are not guaranteed delivery times. However, every order will have a tracking number provided for you to track your shipment.

Customs/Duty/VTA Charges

For all international shipping, the buyer must verify with his/her country import laws if such items are allowed to be imported. If the item is seized by the buyer's country, we will not reimburse the buyer for the lost item.

Customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer only and are due before receipt of the item. Custom fees are collected in some cases by the carrier, UPS, DHL, or FedEx prior to delivery. If the buyer fails to pay customs fees, the item will be abandoned and destroyed by the carrier, and NO refund will be applied to the buyer.

Buyer must provide a valid phone number and email upon checking out to facilitate delivery and customs clearance process.

If the customer fails to comply with the carrier and item is returned back to us, the customer will be charged for the shipping of the item to his/her country, shipping the item back to us, and any customs/processing fees associated with the shipment.

International Returns

We do not cover return shipping costs for any reason, and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for shipping and all other associated fees.
